Expertise: Kirk has 10 years Nursing experience in the following areas Critical Care, PACU, Recovery Room, Cardiac Care, Trauma. Kirk is also a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and is able to assist with all aspects in a medically related case including case review, generating reports and chronologies, establishing deviations or adherences to standards of care, identifying all possible defendants and necessary expert witnesses, locating expert witnesses, assist with depositions and interrogatories and developing demonstrative evidence. Kirk can work behind the scenes or as an expert witness and has experience with both Plaintiff and Defense.
